Renewable Energy Sets

Renewable Energy Crane Rental. On Schedule, Safety First.

Patriot Lifting walks the site, plans the lift around wind windows and weather, confirms blade or panel rigging, and times the pick to the grid-connection schedule.

Renewable Energy Developers Across Metro Atlanta Work With Us

We work with renewable energy developers on solar array builds, inverter and transformer placements, wind turbine component picks, and the equipment lifts that come with utility-scale and commercial renewable installations.

Services

Five service lines run in-house from the Jenkinsburg yard: operated crane rental, rigging, heavy hauling, specialty lifts, and secured storage. One dispatch line for all five, so the schedule and the equipment stay aligned across the job.

Areas We Serve

Standard dispatch covers metro Atlanta, the Henry / Spalding / Newton / Rockdale county belt around our Jenkinsburg yard, down I-75 to Macon, and east into the Athens market. Multi-state hauls extend coverage into Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina when the project calls for it.

Fleet Capacity

Cranes from 15 to 275 tons across all-terrain, mobile, rough-terrain, boom truck, and carry deck categories. Every crane operated by our crew.

Lift Planning

How a Renewable Energy Lift Works

Every renewable energy pick starts with the site walk and the weather and grid plan. From there the lift sequences with the developer's schedule and wind window.

Site Walk

We confirm crane positioning, ground bearing on solar field or wind pad sites, overhead clearances, and the swing path between panel arrays or turbine bases.

Pick Plan

Load weights confirmed, rigging selected, wind-speed limits set, and the lift sequence agreed with the developer.

Mobilization

The crane sized to the lift travels road-legal from Jenkinsburg, scheduled to favorable wind and weather conditions.

The Set

The crew runs a pre-lift brief, monitors wind speeds throughout the pick, and stays on site until the work is complete and the developer signs off.

Schedule a Renewable Energy Lift

Send the load weight, project location, and target installation date. We will quote the crane and lock in the schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions From Renewable Energy Developers

Common questions on Patriot Lifting crane work. Get in touch if you do not see your answer here.

Can you handle utility-scale solar projects?

Yes. We handle inverter and transformer placement, structural racking sets, and the equipment lifts that come with utility-scale solar. Mobile and all-terrain cranes get matched to the array size and access.

What about wind turbine components?

We handle nacelle and blade picks for smaller turbines and the component placements that come with wind installations. For utility-scale wind turbines requiring very high reach, we coordinate with specialty crane partners.

How do you handle wind speed limits?

We monitor wind speed before and during every pick. If conditions exceed the load chart limits, we wait until they drop. The lift schedule includes wind-window buffer time.

Do you work on rooftop solar?

Yes. Rooftop solar inverter and panel sets get handled with boom trucks and mobile cranes. We confirm building access, rooftop staging, and swing path before mobilization.

Our Services

Four Services Out Of One Yard

Most jobs come down to four service lines. We handle each in-house and dispatch from one location, which keeps the schedule, the crew, and the equipment aligned across the lift.

Operator-Led

Operated Crane Rentals
for Every Lift

The operator runs the crane and our crew sets the picks. Capacity, reach, and ground requirements drive the recommendation across all-terrain, mobile, rough-terrain, boom truck, and carry deck options.
