The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that showcases Patriot Lifting's people, equipment, capabilities, projects, and partnerships.

This position will work closely with company leadership and the marketing team to create short-form social media videos, project highlights, customer and partner features, recruiting content, advertisements, and longer-form promotional videos.

The ideal candidate understands storytelling, pacing, sound, branding, and how to turn real-world field footage into content that captures attention and supports company growth.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional video-editing, content-production, or related experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video-editing and storytelling ability.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable professional editing software.
• Experience editing short-form content for social media.
• Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, music selection, captions, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to organize and manage large amounts of footage and multiple active projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing professional work.
• Ability to receive feedback and complete revisions efficiently.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with company leadership and the marketing team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to occasionally visit active jobsites involving cranes, trucks, construction equipment, and industrial operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for construction, industrial, transportation, manufacturing, equipment-rental, or skilled-trades companies.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Canva, or similar creative software.
• Experience creating motion graphics, animated titles, branded templates, and promotional advertisements.
• Photography, videography, drone, or audio-production experience.
• Understanding of social media analytics and content-performance metrics.
• Experience producing customer testimonials, recruiting videos, training content, or partnership features.
• FAA Part 107 drone certification is a plus but is not required.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, portfolio quality, and demonstrated capabilities.

The Social Media Marketing Manager will manage and grow Patriot Lifting's social media channels, develop engaging content, document field operations, expand our audience, create content that supports our strategic partnerships, manage and strengthen those relationships, and build greater awareness of our services.

This is an on-site position based in Jenkinsburg, Georgia. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both an office and field environment and can turn real-world crane and rigging projects into professional, engaging marketing content.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience managing business social media accounts, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar function.
• Demonstrated ability to create professional social media content.
• Strong photography, videography, and video-editing skills.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
• Strong written communication, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results.
• Willingness to occasionally visit active jobsites and work around cranes, trucks, industrial equipment, and construction operations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, employees, and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing a construction, industrial, equipment-rental, transportation, manufacturing, or skilled-trades company.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar design and editing programs.
• Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, website content management, email marketing, and lead tracking.
• Experience producing drone footage is a plus, but not required.

Patriot Lifting is seeking an experienced mobile crane operator to operate truck cranes and all-terrain cranes ranging from 75 tons to 165 tons, including Grove and Liebherr equipment.

• Current NCCCO TLL certification
• Valid CDL
• Experience operating hydraulic truck cranes or all-terrain cranes
• Strong understanding of load charts, crane configuration, counterweights, working radius, ground conditions, and lift planning
• Experience with Grove, Liebherr, or comparable cranes preferred
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to work varying schedules and occasional out-of-town projects
• Professional judgment, communication, and stop-work authority

Based on experience, certifications, equipment knowledge, CDL qualifications, and demonstrated operating ability.

Patriot Lifting is seeking a dependable, safety-focused operator for our National NBT30H-2 hydraulic boom truck. This position performs HVAC lifts, equipment placement, loading and unloading, and other commercial lifting work throughout Georgia.

• Current NCCCO fixed-cab or applicable boom-truck certification
• Valid CDL
• Previous hydraulic boom-truck operating experience
• Working knowledge of load charts, outriggers, rigging, and jobsite setup
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and occasional out-of-town projects
• Professional communication and a strong commitment to safety
