The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that showcases Patriot Lifting's people, equipment, capabilities, projects, and partnerships.
This position will work closely with company leadership and the marketing team to create short-form social media videos, project highlights, customer and partner features, recruiting content, advertisements, and longer-form promotional videos.
The ideal candidate understands storytelling, pacing, sound, branding, and how to turn real-world field footage into content that captures attention and supports company growth.

Qualifications
- Three or more years of professional video-editing, content-production, or related experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video-editing and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable professional editing software.
- Experience editing short-form content for social media.
- Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, music selection, captions, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to organize and manage large amounts of footage and multiple active projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing professional work.
- Ability to receive feedback and complete revisions efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with company leadership and the marketing team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to occasionally visit active jobsites involving cranes, trucks, construction equipment, and industrial operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for construction, industrial, transportation, manufacturing, equipment-rental, or skilled-trades companies.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Canva, or similar creative software.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animated titles, branded templates, and promotional advertisements.
- Photography, videography, drone, or audio-production experience.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content-performance metrics.
- Experience producing customer testimonials, recruiting videos, training content, or partnership features.
- FAA Part 107 drone certification is a plus but is not required.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, portfolio quality, and demonstrated capabilities.

- Demonstrated ability to create professional social media content.
- Strong photography, videography, and video-editing skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results.

Requirements
- Current NCCCO TLL certification
- Valid CDL
- Experience operating hydraulic truck cranes or all-terrain cranes
- Strong understanding of load charts, crane configuration, counterweights, working radius, ground conditions, and lift planning
- Experience with Grove, Liebherr, or comparable cranes preferred
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to work varying schedules and occasional out-of-town projects
- Professional judgment, communication, and stop-work authority

Patriot Lifting is seeking a dependable, safety-focused operator for our National NBT30H-2 hydraulic boom truck. This position performs HVAC lifts, equipment placement, loading and unloading, and other commercial lifting work throughout Georgia.
Requirements
- Current NCCCO fixed-cab or applicable boom-truck certification
- Valid CDL
- Previous hydraulic boom-truck operating experience
- Working knowledge of load charts, outriggers, rigging, and jobsite setup
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and occasional out-of-town projects
- Professional communication and a strong commitment to safety
