Privacy Policy

Patriot Lifting LLC ("Patriot Lifting," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit our website, request a quote, use our crane rental, rigging, storage or related services, or communicate with us by phone, email or text message.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following information:

• Contact information: your name, company name, telephone number, email address and other information you choose to provide.
• Project and service information: jobsite addresses, scope of work, equipment details, schedules, estimates, work orders and related communications.
• Messaging information: text message content, delivery and reply records, and records showing when and how you consented to or opted out of business SMS messaging.
• Website information: basic technical or usage information collected by the website and its service providers, where those features are enabled.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and manage estimates, arrange and perform services, coordinate schedules, communicate operational updates, maintain business records, handle customer support, protect our systems and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use service-related SMS consent as permission to send unrelated promotional marketing.

3. Text Messaging and Customer Choice

When you affirmatively opt in to receive texts from Patriot Lifting LLC, we may send messages about requested estimates, crane rental scheduling, job confirmations, operator arrival times, changes to service appointments, and related service or account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to opt out of future messages in the program or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at 770-545-1333 or brent@patriotlifting.com. Providing your telephone number to request a quote, without a separate SMS opt-in, does not automatically enroll you in text messages.

4. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our website, business systems, customer communications and text messaging services; to professional advisers as needed; or where required by law. Service providers may process information only for legitimate business functions and not for their own unrelated marketing.

SMS privacy commitment: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for third-party marketing. Messaging service providers may process the information only as needed to deliver and support our messages.

5. Retention and Security

We retain personal information as reasonably necessary to respond to customers, perform services, maintain records, honor SMS opt-out requests and comply with applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to safeguard the information we maintain; however, no website or electronic transmission is completely secure.

6. Your Choices

You may ask us to update or correct your contact details and may contact us with questions about information we hold, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP. Opting out of SMS does not prevent communications necessary to provide services through other channels, such as email or telephone.

7. Third-Party Websites and Updates

Our website may link to third-party websites or services, which have their own privacy practices. We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. When we make changes, the revised version and effective date will be posted on this page.
