Telehandler

What is a Telehandler, you say?

Well a Telehandler also goes by other names: “Offroad Forklift,” “Forklift,” “Telescopic Forklift”

The name forklift is pretty well known. But you normally think of the old school “factory” or “warehouse” type forklift.

A telehandler is used for lifting on construction sites all over the world. It’s a super versatile, mobile lifter that can lift and then drive!

However, because of that it has no rigging and can be limited in its weight capacity. Otherwise you’re looking at a flip and trying to figure out how to un-wreck your 40,000 pound vehicle!

Not fun.

We prefer to use cranes for most of our lifting! Telehandlers are super useful and versatile pieces of equipment! They’re just not a great fit for most of the stuff we lift.

Not to mention they can tear up your yard!
