In order to operate a crane, you are required to pass a national certification exam (NCCCO Certification). This requires a good bit of expertise and training. However, it is not all you should look for when hiring an operator.

There are many other skills that are important for an operator to have! Especially if you want your job to be completed safely. Don’t cut corners on the operator, or the company that you are hiring!
